In C01 J. George will perform a molecular characterization of the immunogenic landscape in a large cohort of SCLC patients. Single cell transcriptome sequencing and proteome profiling will be performed on tumor and immune cells to thus decipher the identity and quantity of immune cells within the tumor, as well as in the peripheral blood. Taken together, these comprehensive approaches will provide mechanistic insight on how somatic alteration patterns in SCLC impact their immunogenic profile and thus therapeutic responses in a comprehensive fashion.
