RNA-Seq technology has been transformative in our ability to explore gene content and gene expression. This follow up workshop provides an detailed insight into applications of transcriptome sequencing as well as tools and algorithms. 

The workshop is aimed primarily at researchers wo have already attended the first RNAseq data analysis workshop. This course consists of 4 sessions of 2 hours each. 

The course comprises a mix of interactive lectures with small exercises as well as references to additional material and independent practical exercises.
